Shipping Options - Canada

Shipping charges are the #1 expense for most customers. Ozark recognizes this and is proud to offer the most competitive direct-to-your-door freight rates. Orders are processed very quickly, with turnaround times from time of order until you receive the fish as less than 24 hours.

Our crews pack fish six days a week, shipping orders to our customers via air freight, as well as UPS and FedEx.

Ozark is an approved APHIS Aquaculture Export Facility, with clearance to ship into all provinces of Canada. We have a vet that will complete a health certificate on your behalf every Thursday, giving us the flexibility to provide shipments to our Canadian customers whenever they need an order.

Needed Paperwork

Prior to your first order with Ozark, we will need a copy of your CFIA Import Permit. You can find more information about this process here. 

Air Freight

We ship air freight orders from Indianapolis International Airport, primarily using Southwest Airlines, but are known shippers with all major airlines. Air freight orders are available for arrival on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

FedEx International Priority

For customers interested in orders shipping with FedEx, we will need you to complete some paperwork ahead of your first order to ensure it is a smooth delivery process with FedEx. FedEx International Priority is used as our preferred freight choice.
