Our marketing team works very hard to keep the most competitive negotiated rates with UPS and FedEx, offering next day service at the lowest prices in the industry.

Our crews pack fish six days a week, shipping orders to our customers via air freight, as well as UPS and FedEx. We ship air freight orders from Indianapolis International Airport, primarily using Southwest Airlines, but are known shippers with all major airlines. Air freight orders are available for arrival on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

FedEx and UPS shipments are packed Monday-Thursday weekly. With the most competitive freight rates, Ozark ships most of our orders via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air for our domestic shipments. To service our customers in Canada, we ship via FedEx International Priority.
