In the aquaculture industry, ensuring the live delivery of fish in good sellable condition is a critical aspect of maintaining customer satisfaction and trust. At Ozark Fisheries, we guarantee that our fish will arrive alive and healthy, meeting the expectations of our clients. This guarantee is essential for fostering long-term relationships with customers and ensuring repeat business.

To mitigate the risks associated with transit, particularly for fish less than 4 inches in size, we implement a policy of adding a 3% over count of fish to each carton shipped. This practice is designed to offset normal losses that may occur during transportation. It is important to note that while this over count serves as a buffer, any loss exceeding this percentage will be addressed through our credit policy.

In the event that a customer experiences a loss greater than the 3% over count, it is imperative that they report this loss within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. This prompt reporting allows us to investigate the situation and provide appropriate credit for the loss. The credit will be applied to the invoice corresponding to the specific shipment in which the loss occurred, ensuring that our customers are compensated fairly for any discrepancies.
