Order Cut-Off Times

For air freight shipments arriving Monday or Tuesday, orders need to be placed by 2PM CST the preceding Friday. Air shipments arriving on Thursday will need to have the order placed by 2PM CST the preceding Tuesday.

For all UPS and FedEx shipments shipping domestically, orders placed by 10AM CST can ship the same day. However, you are also welcome to request a specific arrival date that works for your schedule.

For our Canadian customers, we will need your order on Wednesdays in order to have a health certificate endorsed by our veterinarian. He visits the farm every Thursday and will sign off on your paperwork during his time on the farm. Orders placed on Wednesdays will ship the next Monday.
