Shipping charges are the #1 expense for most customers. Ozark recognizes this and is proud to offer the most competitive direct-to-your-door freight rates. Orders are processed very quickly, with turnaround times from time of order until you receive the fish as less than 24 hours.

Our crews pack fish six days a week, shipping orders to our customers via air freight, as well as UPS and FedEx.

Air Freight with Southwest Airlines

We ship air freight orders from Indianapolis International Airport, primarily using Southwest Airlines, but are known shippers with all major airlines. Air freight orders are available for arrival on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

FedEx Express & UPS Next Day Air

For customers looking for their orders to arrive directly to their door, we have very competitive and affordable freight rates with FedEx and UPS. FedEx and UPS shipments are packed Monday-Thursday weekly. We primarily ship orders via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air for our domestic shipments, but do also utilize UPS Ground for customers located in our 1-day transit area. To service our customers in Canada, we ship via FedEx International Priority.
